From her days at IT Services firm Keane, driving operations and process improvement, change management, and instructional design & training delivery projects to developing and implementing change management strategies for Fortune 500 companies, Audra has worked with staff at all levels. Working across boundaries and developing strategic partnerships with all stakeholders, she builds a deep understanding of stakeholder needs. With this information, Audra develops and implements the strategies that deliver her clients’ goals.

Audra founded Summit Consulting in 2010, a boutique project and change management consulting company, to guide companies through tumultuous enterprise-wide change. Partnering with all levels of your organization, Summit will help you confidently make change decisions and ensure that change is being successfully implemented.

Audra holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University where she was on the Dean’s List. She has an MBA in Marketing from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College where she was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society. Audra is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and ATD certified e-learning specialist. She belongs to the National Association of Professional Women, the Boston Club, the Boston College Club, the Association of Talent Development and the Association of Change Management Professionals.  Audra lives with her husband, Greg, and their two children, Alex and Emily.  In her free time, Audra loves being outdoors and enjoys mountain climbing, hiking, skiing and yoga.  She volunteers for Cradles to Crayons and the Africa Yoga Project.
